England defense attorneys lose motion to throw out Abu Ghraib abuse statements

[JURIST] Military judge Col. Stephen Henley Thursday denied a motion by lawyers representing Pfc. Lynndie England to suppress two written statements made by England describing the physical abuse and sexual degradation of detainees at the Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq.
